When I get done cleaning up the branches from the hellacious storm last night and all the rain today, I will take some pics...

But the lettuse and spinach is busting loose... The onions are up and the peas are almost two feet tall. The corn is also breaking through...

Hopefully this blog will help other people be more self sufficient.

I have a larger garden and a berry garden as well, I just haven't taken picture of them yet as they haven't really filled in. I also planted beans all through the flower garden this morning.

My saved non-hybrid saved seeds are growing like 'weeds'. I have flowering on my squash. The beans and peas have not flowered yet. Neither has the tomatoes.

                  Can't wait for the produce.

Bed 1 of 4. Beans, cucumbers, cabbage, beets, kohlrabi, onions and a rosemary bush.

Stand next to me and you'll never stand alone.

Here is a pic of the greens, onions and peas... Now eating lots of salads! Can't wait for the peas...

The corn is now about 6 inches tall... Tomatoes going in this weekend maybe, as well as some cukes, melons and pole beans...

Need to till up some more sod and turn it into garden areas... Gotta ask around for someone with a tractor...

I just had the corn and squash sprout...so once it gets a lil more presentable, I will post "The Garden of Eatin". Going with the 3 sisters method this year. My good friend has a HUGE organic farm down the road so I will just buy from him on most of everything so my garden will be at half speed this year.....
You know what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like this?
