Ms. McCarthy, a Democrat from New York, called high-capacity magazines "the common thread in every mass shooting in recent history."
Uh, how about those SSRI's many of the shooters were using, or had used? Has that not been a common thread? I guess not since those pharma companies have big bucks they can donate to campaigns and MSM TV ads.
Just sayin'

You watch. They'll slip something like this in as an ammendment on a bill that has to be passed - like the debt ceiling."There is nothing so exhilarating as to be shot at without result." Winston Churchill

IF memory serves me correctly, which it doesnt very much...after the ban there were the "cop killer" bullets that were banned. I think they were called "Star-Fire" or something like that. What is funny is my FIL was collecting and inventorying his ammo when he bought this huge gunsafe. He had no idea how much ammo he had collected from all over his house. One of the boxes of 50 rounds of .45 was labeled with a sticker on it from Woolworths for $4.99. Now thats some old Ammo.

I bought my first M1 Garand for $268 from Woolworths Dept Store in West Palm Beach, Florida. Yes, that was a while ago.:D
Of course, that may not sound like much, but I was probably making $2 an hour back then."There is nothing so exhilarating as to be shot at without result." Winston Churchill
