BOBs for a family with small children have a lot more wieght! We're having another child this Feb which will make 3 under the age of 4. They require constant change as kids outgrow the clothes you pack for them every couple of months!

I have both a get home bag and a BOB. The get home bag is a smaller version of the BOB and is in a normal looking backpack while my BOB is an alice pack. Some of the stuff is transferable like the two way radios, hat, weapons, etc. i keep the get home bag in the car all the time and my BOB stays home.Scott JComment
