I use PRI-G and have been using it for over 12 years now. It does indeed keeps gas good for 5 years or more. I treat all my vehicles with it including my camper, mowers, tiller, and my stored gasoline. It is more costly than Stabil but it does work. Awhile back I found a gallon of gas that I had treated six years earilier and used it in my mower. The engine cranked right up with no problems. I get mine either at Tractor Supply or Camping World. For long term storage of gas it can't be beat.

Most of the problems with kerosene storage revolves around water absorption. I have found using a bit of alcohol keeps the kerosene fresh so that it burns in my heaters. From what I have read PIR-D works fine in kerosene too.
