I have Plantar fasciitis as well.....PITB
      :-)
I use Vionics inserts for all of my shoes for half the price of the shoes themselves. I use them in my cheapo gym workout sneakers because I already had the sneakers. I can do a fair amount of walking without pain as long as the footwear is good. Plantar fasciitis is a major PITB; quarterly cortisone shots help keep it from sidelining me.

BTW, I spent a couple hours today reorganizing the ammo storage area to make room for my latest purchase. In the process I found my misplaced range bag. Yay!

It's actually funny😉 I used to be an athlete but that's a story from a long long long time ago. I think my PF came from the strange gait I developed after spraining my knee. Keep being a sa...

Got my SG order today, packed away and very happy with the service and delivery time.

What do I need now? A new toilet to replace the one my husband broke while replacing the wax seal...

I need more of everything the more I look at what is coming. Even though I have been preparing since before the Y2K thing, I still feel behind. The more I read history, the more I feel this could be one of those multigenerational times. I think we are in a fight for our Nation. I do believe there is a spiritual fight occurring as well. We are trying to stock up on pretty much anything we can get a hold of. Every little thing(s) we get now will be appreciated in the future if this goes south.

Don't want to get too far offbase with what this thread is BUT
                    I concur with Sheepdog.
It is indeed a point of concern with me that I generally view what's coming is along the exact same lines.

He's a comedian but it's how crackheads or meth heads typically look, bad teeth also if they are heavy users. Sometimes face sores I believe also.
