    That sounds like fun. I knew about the side windows from training and shooting close range into them and had shot into the windshields from the outside during training but this was my first experiment inside to out. I understand the more power the less deflection but haven't actually experimented with that yet.
    Yes we had deflection much the same as yours in the 9 mm. A glock 17 and a 19. My .45acp 1911 did as well. My compadres .357 sig out of a glock had very little, but yet still deflected some. That round has really peaked my interest as a self defense pistol caliber. Will be getting one as soon as I get some more food squared away.
    We had (forgive the pun) a Blast with that class. I definately feel more prepaired if a scenerio occurs where I have to use those new skills and know what to expect now.

      That 357sig is a beast on deer at closer ranges

            POI vs POA was erratic and inconsistent, which is the norm. Typically, they were approximately 4 inches high at about 5 yards. That will change as the distance to the target changes. This was with a Glock 19 and 115gr FMJ loads. There are a lot of factors to take into consideration when shooting through a windshield, all of which affect where/how the rounds hit, such as :

            * Curvature of the windshield
            * Angle of the windshield
            * Height of the shooter
            * Height of the target
            * Shooting into vs out of the vehicle

              Kinda what i wondered cause the angle is real steep towards the bottom

                I'm thinking of building the same frame we used to hold the windshield, getting some saran wrap for the windshield simulation, a chair for the car seat, piece of plywood for the front end of the vehicle and doing airsoft training to simulate while someone on the other side shoots into the "car". That should make for some realistic "oh sh.." stuff
