where are you getting the pollen? Is it "local" pollen that we want or is the "generic" that will cover the majority of things?

Just generic iirc. Local stuff is twice as much. I scoffed at the idea but few folks ...wife included forced me to. So it either was all I needed or what. I do know I ain't had a sinus issue since...still get a lil cough in the am but...its humid here...indoor humidity runs 58-68% indoors here.

If you have allergies, I've found that about a tablespoon of local honey (within about a 50 mile radius) helps long-term. My wife has had allergies for forever and I started her on this regemin a few years ago and it's helped tremendously. It has just enough pollen in it to build up an immunity but not enough to really irritate the allergy.
