Got a faith question that I need help with.

I guess my choice of city to live in has a lot to do with what I am finding. I will just say that in any state there is a center of Politics. Opps just narrowed down my location to a handful of Cities. LOL
I had to make the current choice of where I live to feed the Family. I am still hopeful that I will find what I am looking for so the search is ongoing.

Just keep trying them out. Wife and I had that problem when we first got married. Tried one church where a member came up to us and welcomed us and said you will just love it here! Immediately alarm bells went off in my mind and we never went back. Found another church where an older couple came up and asked us if we were new to the church and brought us down to the coffee shop to just talk and get to know us...we stayed there until we moved back home.

Remember we are sinners even the ones in the seat next to you. Doesn't mean you have to take being looked down on or anything like that. Maybe God was wanting to use you to help them see how they are treating people?

For the time being, get into the word, that's one part of what's it's there for- "for inspiration... so that the man of God may be thoroughly furnished.."

Dr. McGee was a big help to me when I first started studying the Word. That's that like for ttb.org

If your a "visual" learner, their are some Bible DVD's out there, some are better than ours, NONE is perfect, but they are a good adjunct to learning the Word. If that helps you study the word, so be it. It helped me also.
