May the Lord guide, guard and protect you and your family during this trying time.

Sorry to hear of your loss. My wife passed away over 15 years ago and it was the saddest moment in my life. It took a long time to adjust back to my everyday life. We have one consolation and that is knowing she is in a better place.

What I did to counter the pain was to work more towards making my life have purpose outside of myself. I spent a lot of time in charity work and geared my businesses towards helping people as much as I could. Time heals all wounds and helps lessen the pain. My prayers are with you.
