  • Hello from Oklahoma

North Central part of the state.
Been "prepping" for about a year and a half. I grew up gardening, raising small livestock, canning and what-not, but got away from it in the last 20 years or so...now I'm re-learning how to do it again...
    Married with three kids.

Hello Cimarron. I'm in NE Ok. Good to see you on here. I just found this site this month also. Also, regarding your re-learning - I would think that you still have a head start on those that are learning it for the first time. aka - me w/ canning... :( lol
And I'm at the same crossroads with gardening too. I grew up and thought I won't need that.... Now, I'm back in the country and can't wait for spring so I can start working on my garden again!

Ruh-roh, another NE Oklahoman here. I am just starting to get serious about my preps. I am hoping to get some great information from this forum, as I have so much to learn.

Well it would be difficult where I'm located now. 2 of us are working on a meet and greet now. I have extended the offer to another one and havent got around to Lacy yet. It looks like we need to pick a place north of my location perhaps at a neutral lake park or something. Let me know what you all think.
