Ya Matt, I like her videos. One thing she did not address and her website she sends you to does not, is infant rehydration.
Most children under the age of 2 cannot be "told" drink drink drink... I have found the easiest way to "trick" them into increasing their water intake is to buy the cheapest brand of popsickles (I prefer to buy the sugar free ones)... Once the kids are old enough to, Gatorade can be used (as well as other sport drinks) but the preferred drink for kids under 8 is still Pedialyte. If you look at it, it has a S/L of almost a year. As a Dad, I always have two bottles in the cabinet next to the refrigerator. The rule of thumb for infants, atleast 3 wet diapers a day (not counting the diarrhea obviously).

Homemade Oral Rehydration Procedure!!
Preparing 1 (one) Litre solution using Salt, Sugar and Water at Home
Mix an oral rehydration solution using one of the following recipes; depending on ingredients and container availability:
Ingredients:
Half (1/2) teaspoon of Salt
Six (6) teaspoons of Sugar
One Litre of clean drinking or boiled water and then cooled - 5 cupfuls (each cup about 200 ml.)
Preparation Method:
Stir the mixture till the salt and sugar dissolve.

Hope this helps! :)
