Just heard on the Radio that a second healthcare worker has been confirmed with Ebola in Dallas. So thats patient zero, the nurse, and now "a second" healthcare worker. No name or position given yet.



Im no doctor, nor did I stay at a holiday in last night... but this is appearing to be airborn more and more to me, and the radio host commenting.

How is it that 2 nurses now have ebola and yet the family that lived with him has no signs? They slept, ate used the same bathroom, dishes how did they walk away from this with a clean bill of health.

Another thing I am unsure of is this bloodtransfusion they keep doing. Now, from what I understand is that the blood types must match to do this. Unless he has the one blood type that can be used by the others.

Has the family been cleared? Incubation runs up to 21 days. Some show signs in 3 days others up to 21.

The second nurse was on an airplane from Cleveland the night before testing positive for Ebola. News reports saying there were 132 people on board.

This is beginning to resemble a script from one of those low budget zombie slasher movies. The CDC is so politicized now it should be renamed to the Center for Dysfunction and Confusion.

You are right, blood types need to match although O- blood is universal. He may be O- and that is why they can use it. They want to get any Ebola antibodies he has developed into the other patients.

Only if you bring your plasma extractor. For whole blood, it's O- that's the universal donor.

Surprise surprise...

Folks this is following their normal PATTERN for information dissemination- very slow, get people used to the idea of it, it's starts with "such and such isn't possible" then it's "such and such is possible, however extremely unlikely" as more and more truth comes out and it gets harder for them to hide- "we think perhaps this is possible"

All the while they are slowly but surely getting you used to the idea. USED TO the idea. USED TO the idea. USED TO, familiar with, accepting of, the idea.

According to Haas, a decision made on the appropriate incubation time for Ebola must be based on a balance between costs and benefits. Though, Haas noted “no quarantine time will provide absolute assurance of no residual risk from contagion.”

Interesting lil snip from the above link.....but who makes those choices :p
