Wonder how big that circle of contact is gonna get. If the kids stay clean the second person could be one with intimate dealings. Time will tell.Originally posted by Lowdown3 View Post

i'm in a big city.
I've got this idea of putting on a mask and gloves and going to wally, a couple of grocery stores and a few filling stations.
go slow and keep back from folks...
then hoping someone will say something... ask a question...
anything and then respond with..
"are you saying you haven't heard?" with a scared look, then moving on...
I think a few folks would start paying more attention.

Now, take this potential crisis and put this in the mix...
A number of people have asked me what health freedom could possibly have to do with homeland security. Let me assure you that there is a major connection. It's called the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act. Those who have heard of it are far outnumbered by those who have not. And, as proposed, the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act will impact our individual freedoms and civil liberties for years to come.

This is the model developed some years ago and proposed for the individual states to adopt. Georgia's Governor emergency powers (including health emergency) can be found here:Originally posted by Patriotic Sheepdog View PostNow, take this potential crisis and put this in the mix...

If you read it in its' entirety, you'll notice that alcohol and explosives can be confiscated but it does NOT allow the confiscation of ammunition and firearms. Go Georgia :cool:Last edited by jimmycthemd; 10-02-2014, 10:01 AM."Common sense might be common but it is by no means wide spread." Mark Twain

Awesome! And they dropped the fingerprint for drivers license BS they had years ago. I still remember the first time I thought about getting a DL and I asked about the fingerprint. The gal said it was because they were protecting against identity fraud. I said "this from the state that used your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER as your DL number!" She gave me a stupid look and shut up. If I go to jail, then fingerprint me, if not, screw off!www.homesteadingandsurvival.com

LD3...I agree completely but a few things we have to realize. 1) If you've ever served in the military, they already have your fingerprints (if they can find them LOL). 2) If you've ever had a security clearance (above the usual secret that everybody got when I was in), then they've got most of your history. 3) I had a TS with add-ons so I'm pretty much hosed anyway. 4) Doesn't mean I have to like it :mad:Originally posted by Lowdown3 View Post[/B]

That said, I don't like giving any biometrics to anyone if I can work around it."Common sense might be common but it is by no means wide spread." Mark Twain

Don't forget, for the last few years they have been taking DNA from the armed forces and convicted felons... They want to use random roadblocks and collect more "data"... What was that pesky amendment about unlawful searches and seizures?Salutations,
