My wife and I discussed it as well. If an outbreak starts here, we will quarantine on the rancho. We're not gonna take any chances with little ones in school. If we loose our jobs, so be it.Originally posted by protus View PostI told my supervisor ...once folks start dropping ....I ain't coming to work...and the "gates closed " ROE. Is in effect ....
He laughed and said I was crazy :pאני אעמוד עם ישו וישראל

You ready for this? Those who deal with this directly, this is how they live and work.

Even then, an aid worker saw 6 nurses die from Ebola infection...

thats the hard part how long do you wait...1 report in your state...whole hospital gets locked down...numerous cases spring up across the board?
for me i guess it'd be once cases pop up in the main areas (large cities)..then it will be time to call it a day.
ive told my wife about company policy here..with epidemics ..roe for them is to make the call but only iirc after xx amount of employees get sick. thats just for "flus" i doubt its for a virus that has a high mortality rate!
idrather not be the last guy at work...only to get killed off while the owners sit at the 3 million dollar homes waiting it out...oh wait... lolHey Petunia...you dropped your man pad!

There is a thin line between crazy and sane. In the world today where up is down, down is up, right is wrong, and wrong is right.....I'll take crazy all day long.Originally posted by protus View PostI told my supervisor ...once folks start dropping ....I ain't coming to work...and the "gates closed " ROE. He laughed and said I was crazy :p"One cannot but ponder the question: what if the Arabs had been Christians? To me it seems certain that the fatalistic teachings of Mohammed and the utter degradation of women is the outstanding cause for the arrested development of the Arab. He is exactly what he was around the year 700, while we have kept on developing. Here, I think, is a text for some eloquent sermon on the virtues of Christianity." - General George S. Patton, diary, June 9, 1943.
