Age Makeup
I am 74 years old and am in good health. Been prepping slowly for several years. Started with the purchase of a run down house and farm. (24 acres) House is currently VERY energy efficient using about 2 cords of wood plus 120 gallons of heating oil a year. Now I have decided it is time to sell and go to an energy efficient new dwelling on a couple of acres.
Wish me luck as the housing market is horrible!!!
