Mid 30s
In better shape than when I was in my mid 20s but not as good of shape as I was in my teen years but more importantly not nearly as good of shape as I plan to be in my 40s.
With age comes "Mental" Strength that offsets the loss of the "peak" physical strength.Comment

37 but not feeling to bad these days. Crushed a couple vertebrae in a fall at work 5 yrs ago.
Stay pretty busy work a fulltime night shift and cut and sell firewood during the day.
Just finished cutting 50 cord this past week.Comment
