          First Blood is still the best of the series.
          First Blood Part 2 is still the mostest AWESOME...

              From strictly a survivalist standpoint...Rambo, First Blood was far more prepper based than First Blood Part Two et al. Way cool use of the land, makeshift weapons and all. Having said that, Sly coming off that mud wall in Part Two was utterly awesome lol. Still doesn't count with a childhood dream (or even middle aged dream at the time of original release **cough cough Matt cough cough**) of standing on a mountaintop in Colorado screaming "WOLVERINES!" after attacking a Russian supply convoy.

              You've been sheltered your entire life, we understand. That's just something we'll have to rectify by having you sit down with some Rice Crispies and olives while hacksawing up a hunting shotgun barrel (keeping it at 18.5 inches of course) and watching Red Dawn
              Experience is a cruel teacher, gives the exam first and then the lesson.

                I watched the Rambo, First Blood the other day... And noticed that his order of business was:

                #1. Get Knife
                #2. Get Cover (Heavy cloth to make jacket)
                #3. Get Shelter (Cave)
                #4. Get Food (pig)

                  Food (and water), shelter and clothing are the three most important items for our mental/emotional health.

                    Next meeting we are cleaning weapons and you will learn to watch Red Dawn and clean weapons, upside down and blindfolded until you learn at least 4 lines by heart while wearing a dead russian majors hat with pine branches tied to you with rope. Next will be Heartbreak Ridge and if you tell me you havent seen that either you just punch yourself in the gut and whisper "Improvise, Adapt and Overcome" and "This is the AK47 the prefered weapon of our enemy, it makes a very distinct sound when fired at you" until I get tired.
