    I wouldn't count the over 55 crowd out.... I'll be there before too terribly long... With 16 more years of preparing under my belt by then :)

    I guarantee you their is an over 60 guy I know that trained me for several years when I was a young, dumb teenager that could probably still out walk and out patrol me in my prime now.

      Conditioning is key. I know a 50+ year old that can run, jump, drop and roll like an 18 year old. He of course feels it after a little longer than the young guys do, but he is still very strong and agile. And what very little he has lost in strangth and agility has more than gained in wisdom, grit and knowledge making him much more prepped than most younger guys.

      Age to me is less about the "Milage" and more about the "Maintance" during that milage.
