Javin: So, by your reasoning, "aiding and abetting" a person who may be dying of thirst or hunger should result in a jail sentence? I do not believe that you think it is better to let a person starve or die of dehydration. You can't mean that, for it is a crime to enter the country illegally, but consciously knowing that you ignored a person who may be on the brink of death is never considered aiding and abetting. That is a fact that I can back from my two decades of law enforcement experience. There are some crimes that merit serious charges for "aiding and abetting" such as murder, rape, robbery, etc... but the crime of illegally entering the country is not on a level as these. Thanks.

One thing most liberal dunderheads forget to mention. The reason illegals are here is because they can work as day laborers who get paid CASH, and they do so at a much lower cost than Americans.
If the illegals become Americans, ummm that kind of breaks that "don't have to pay them so much" theory. So what these now new Americans do, continue to work UNDER THE TABLE for cash, because they normally can't get higher wage jobs (due to language/training). So now they are even more of a burden on the system, being Americans they get TONS of moneys in the form of welfare, all while still working under the table for cash pay.
Why oh why can't people realize there is a DOMINO effect to everything?
Just my two copper pieces...
