its amazing how even a simple tropical storm can cause massive flooding. in the 90's TS Alison (i think i get my storms mixed up) flooded most of Houston. The water receded pretty fast but if we had back to back storms it would have been trouble. -
oh yeah, storms this time of year tend to be soakers!
I remember one during church camp, hit right at the border between TX and LA, made rain on us for 4 days. Everyone was stinking of mildew and we had a moccasin in the swimmin' pool. It was great!---------------
