To be honest I think it is just posturing, the anti gun crowed love to come out ‘’talk big’’ at times like this because it gets them in the media, and thus it brings in a lot of donations......

That said I think if they are serious they will bring in something pretty draconian by Americas standards.

I still stick by what I’ve always said though; America will never end up with gun laws like over here in the UK and most of Europe, because too many people would ‘quietly rebel’. Its common knowledge there are at least 200 million guns in the USA, if they brought in comprehensive licensing and registration and got even 100 million guns accounted for, they would still look very silly ......

Bull- Ya know, I didn't think of it that way until you mentioned it. Lol.... I was more referring to all the paper and process that it would create. People would have to draw up the forms, write stuff, lose said paper work, have people who redo it, judges... you get the idea ;)

I am all for people owning and having a gun. Its just a damn shame when one yahoo decides on doing something stupid.
