good wife! freeze plugs reminder

it's gettin' cold in my area...
gonna freeze tonight..
I've cut off water lines.
insulated others..
was inside for the evening....


good wife comes up and says what about the engine in the machine... (305 v8 with no radiator therefore no antifreeze).
I was comfortable and warm. no intention of going back out..
I love her for the reminder! but I sure thought I was through...
on this machine, the little blue plugs are very hard to reach without dismantling stuff.. not fun in the cold.
but something that is done every year before the freeze hits.

I'm sure you guys and gals all handled this on a nice sunny day with a light breeze.
I didn't.

gotta good wife.
wasn't fun. but she probably saved me a few thousand.

You know rr, she thought of it earlier, but waited until you got warm and comfortable. lol
Kidding aside, you guys living in those states that will have freezes these next few days better get stuff done. Oh wait, pretty much every state will have areas below freezing. Take care of what you need to do and then stay warm.
