Here's something I found that certainly motivates me! (Kinda gave me a bit of a scare too!)

There is a similar, very old, large poster in the break room of my department's academy. I printed out two copies, one 8x11, and one about 2x3. I'm not sure where the big one is going, but the smaller will be next to the computer, since I occasionally spend too much time in this chair.
