Just recovering today from a good seminar this weekend in Charlotte with Frank Arias that was hosted by Mark Jacabsin and Palmetto Systema. Great stuff. Legs are still sore from the squats, the kicks, etc. My knuckles are raw from the wall work on the brick walls. All in all, a great way to spend a weekend ;)
