"The class was great, and I enjoyed your instruction. The content is so perfect for me as an executive who travels around the US and internationally. I am also concerned about the lack of stability in our home area. I live in [a large western city], and I believe if I were at work when things go bad, that this training would be essential. The last day exercise really opened my eyes to the realities of travel through a city and it was great fun too. Your class is a very sound product that I will recommend to my associates."

    From Robert-
I took this class a couple years ago the last time he brought it to Orlando. Excellent class with a lot of pertinent info. I wrote a review of the class for SurvivalBlog at the time, not sure if I still have that on the computer or not.

You will learn a lot from this class about operating in an urban environment, avoiding and escaping capture by the bad guys and some skill sets that aren't commonly taught to the public. Some things taught are controversial without a doubt.

This is the perfect class for those of us that live and/or work in an urban or semi urban environment and will need to bug out, blend in, avoid or escape capture from the bad guys, etc.

Soooooo........ I was down there for the Thursday part of the class. Work and scheduling issues kept me from repeating all three days of the class.

    Very excellent info.

Kevin does a GREAT job of laying out what should be in a "briefing book" regarding local situation, escape routes, friendlies, etc. At first I thought- "this is old hat" but I really started to look at the DEPTH of the info he was presenting and realized it DID behoove me to prepare such a notebook for the wife if nothing else. She often travels to visit her Mom and when I ask her where she is during the trip, it's a vague description. I tell her, "OK, so if I needed to come and get you right now, I'd look for the big oak with the barking dog. Not a problem, I'll find ya!!" LOL

She might not have thought of, or "seen" the resources I've seen on the trip. Laying all the information out in a "book" type format might be the difference between escaping and death in a bad situation.

The info and material on blending in is invaluable. I didn't want to say anything but since I've lost 50 lbs. since I had last attended the class with him, I slightly changed my looks, what I normally wear, etc. when I went in Thursday morning for the class. Kevin said "I didn't recognize you." ;) I was able to "ID" 2 of the other people that were taking the class via the way they carried themselves and/or dress and actions before they walked into the classroom.

Kevin Reeve during one part of the class talked about the "grey man" and mentioned how the grey man was basically unaware, wouldn't make eye contact, etc.

He's the first person other than me and Protus to mention that the PHYSICAL AND MENTAL actions of the person tell more than what he's wearing, etc. Usually when people spout the "I'll be the gray men" BS they talk about not wearing cammies, etc. Like everyone goes around in cammies.... I spotted the people in the class I spotted before the class started because of their awareness skills. Awareness is a GOOD thing but when you are trying to play the "grey man" they are a bad thing.

We worked some great skills sets, some of which are best not talked about on the net, at the class. Met some awesome guys who I hope will find their way to the forums here. Lots of Florida people at the class.

OnPoint offers some really good classes. I hope to have Kevin down next year to S. Georgia to teach some Tactical Tracking classes. These are some of the advanced skill sets people will need if TSHTF. I've taken his 5 day "Tactical Tracking I" class before. I hope to be able to bring him to S. Ga to some hunting land we have next year. If your interested in learning how to move as a group, track hostile individuals, etc. this will be the class to attend!!!!

Sounds like an interesting class... I wish he had a DVD of it.

It would be an odd chance I get caught in NOVA or DC during an "event," but the knowledge would be good to have in the noggin...

But your comments on tactics best left off the net peak our curiosity...
