    going for an AM run, in between rain bands from a large hurricane is an effective way to speed up your run times.
    That is all:cool:

    the rain beat me by the last .5 mile.....but i dropped 2 mins off my time trying to beat it...LOL

        I hate being in the rain when exercising. Had Boot Camp in "Little Korea" a.k.a. "Lost In The Woods" during the floods of '93....I was wet from the rain or from sweat when the sun did come out. Now I can't stand being in the rain.

          I love being out in bad weather. Rained/stormed constantly when I went through basic at Ft. Jackson, I actually enjoyed it.

              One of the advantages to heavy rain in S Florida, it that it sometimes lowers the air temperature. It can go from 90s to the 80s and even the 70s. That feels good!!!!
