yeah. You read it correctly.
Other day in my quest to make some healthy snacks. I said "protus..why not some protien shake brownies...."
whats the point right :p
So i looked around on the web, found some recipes, but settled to make some bars instead.
Now, those of you not watching your sugar/carb intake can add some things to make these better.
what i did was-
2-3 scoops of chocolate protein powder ( whey)
1 cup of quick oats
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp backing powder
water till it was a batter you can pour.
i spread it in a stone backing pan, and slow cooked it at 225 or so for 30 mins or so. Then let them it in the warm oven for a while to cool down.
They came out ok. But to make them better (again for those who can eat the carbs /sugars) add some chocolate chips, or nuts and peanut butter!
right now. i plan to have them as between meal snacks.
i may experiment some more with different flavors etc making different things.
