What's a piece of kit that is your go to for hot weather or tips. Most of us are squared away...but it could help someone.
For me. The two things that I've noticed improvement in was undergarments and socks.
Yeah...har har. But seriously. Dry feet mean more comfort ...transfers to less fatigue.
I wear mostly synthetic jogging socks...dry super fast...pack.small (big plus if space is key) and add some support in their design (tight arches etc) .
Addias staycool compression shorts (boxer briefs) . Super fast dry times...breath well...cut down chaffing even when wet. Are light and pack small.
I used to only wear stuff like this on hikes or training. Now its daily wear because I work outside a lot and two.....its a long walk home so why be hampered. Ever try and walk sweaty and chaffed? Or blistered up due to poor sock /boot choice?:p
Boonie hat is an item that's a permanent chunk of kit in my cars..along with cheap small umbrellas. Suns a killer.
That's just some things.
