Otter Box Cell Phone Carrier Review

Outstanding customer service and warranty!!

First let me say that I have no vested interest in this company. This is just my experience.

I bought the Otter Box cell phone case/carrier for $30 and have used it for about a year now. I thought the price high but I wanted my new "smart phone" to last the 2 year contract. The hard rubber covered case has saved the phone on several occasions when my phone got dropped. Recently I had a problem with the carry holster in that a hinge (plastic) broke.

I went back to Verizon where I purchased the Otter Box and was told that I would need to contact the manufactorer www.otterbox.com .

I got their phone number from the website and called them expecting a run around. The customer service rep appoligized for the problem and said he would make it right and was sending me 3 carriers and a new case for my phone! I gave my information and awaited the package.

After two weeks I was beginning to think no package was coming. Today, the package arrived and it included a new package (case and carrier) and an additional 3 carriers!

Fantastic customer service! Just thought that I would share.

I bought one for my CrackBerry, The belt clip (carrier) broke after about two months, They told me it was not a covered item I love the phone cover but carrying sticky rubber case in my pocket sucked. I would have been a SOLD Die Hard FAN if they would have replaced the clip. But with my experience its a no go for me. Sounds like they liked YOU!!!
