Your review confirmed my suspicions... Too much bulk for limited functionality. I end up using my sleeping bag stuff sack with some clothes stuffed in it (after my sleeping bag is pulled out... duh). This way I can adjust the rise and use different materials to adjust the density.

Unless I'm family camping( where I pack the entire truck bed for two days , just to accommodate the wife ) there is no way I waste space for a pillow . I'm with Stlskn on this one.

I carry one of them cheapie camo hunting pillows to set on while hunting and sleeping. I really need it with old injuries for comfort but can operate without it if needed. if i need to ditch it i dont cry over the $2 compared to the cost of some and it saves me the ridicule of hauling around my stuffed bear:) LOL
