What is your favorite skinning knife?

We recently watched "Out of the Wild: The Alaska Experiment" on Netflix.. It is about nine people who are dropped off in the wilds of Alaska and have to survive. It is interesting, however, the one thing they mentioned is that when they were supplied with a skinning knife it made skinning so much easier. Anyway, this is something we do not have in our preps, and I know some of you are avid hunters and most likely have some recommendations for me.

I like the B&T from Gene Ingram in S30V steel with linen micarta handles.

Yowza, those are quite expensive! LOL, thanks for the recommendation Boltgun, they look really nice but a little more pricey than I want to spend. Here is what I was looking at on Amazon, however, it might just be junk, hence the reason I am asking.

I just use a old timer with a guthook or my bear grylis for skinning. As long as it's sharp it doesnt matter to much to me I do a dozen large animals a year

This one I have been testing for the past month. Using it to baton through oak and making feather sticks from oak and hickory for the wood stove and it has been holding up extremely well. Skinned a couple of our rabbits with it as well.

I've skinned numerous deer, goats, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits and quite a few pigs in my life. 50% of them were gutted and skinned with and old buck 110. Second most used is a Ka-bar Impact series knife with a drop point. I've skinned with 8" blades down to 1&3/4" blades and if given the choice I personally like a knife 3&1/2" - 4" long.

I like a RAT tactical knife for skinning. All around knife? It's hard to beat a good ol K-Bar!
