Neat little bug out knife.

First off, sorry I can't post a link . The knife is made by tool logic , they teamed up sog for this new model . It's called tool logic slp2 tactical Folder. Great little knife has a whistle built into the hadle , also come with an attached half flash light /half striker. Very sharp and so far seems very durable. It carries very easily in your pocket , and is an easy one hand open . My brother had an older model that was mostly plastic, however the newer model has the metal knife frame making it a lot sturdier . That being said , he's had his for several years and had no problems. Amazon sells it 26 bucks, it retails at REI for over 50. Great pocket knife to have on your person for those who just never know.

Thanks for posting the link. Once you get past the outer coating on the striker it throws a nice spark, had no problem starting a cotton ball or a peice of wet fire. I'm the type if I can't use I don't have it, so as soon as the package was open I was trying it out. As for now it is my every day pocket knife.

Cool, thats the case with most strikers, they have paint or coating that need cleaning. Thats an intersting tool for sure I was just wondering about the fire making qualities. Thanks!
