  • Nice add on for Tom Brown t2 fans

The CRKT minimalist will mount perfectly to the side of your kidex sheath , makes for a great combo I've been using it for about a year.

Figured I throw in a review while here. The tracker catches a lot of slack online. However I noticed that a lot of those are by people who have either never touched the knife , or are promoting their own . I've had mine for three years . I love this knife , it has done everything I ask and more. Is it an axe , no, but it chops just fine . The saw on the back is not made to take down trees , but for trapping it makes great notches . I've used it all around camp it has never failed . In the years that I've had it I've put an edge on it twice , it will not lose an edge! Keep in mind I also throw this knife , it is a superior thrower , and absolutely burries itself in the target. I have no tip damage , and the 1095 steel has actually cut and shaved groves in my tomahawk head (5160 steel)with no damage to the tracker. ( note to hawkers it throws about a half step closer than your hawk)The only issue I had was with the "guthook" part of the blade , it works but not very well. Which is why I added the CRKT minimalist . The guthook section however works great for smoothing or shaping round lengths ( for arrows or what have you). The minimalist just give me a little more control for smaller jobs. In all I have chopped ,plained, notched, and batoned with this blade . In a little over three years i am still being surprised by what this blade will handle . Pleas forgive any grammar errors this is all done by phone.

might try this on that guthook. The little spike has worked wonders on a few that we own
