Well I didn't know what to expect from merino wool socks. I mowed my yard while wearing these socks and my steel toe work boots. It takes me about an hour to mow plus another 30 minutes to weed eat then i did some work in the garden. Normally my regular socks are soaked by the time i am done mowing.

Results:
Socks were damp but not soaked
The socks were not compressed like my regular socks are after all that walking and sweat.
0 itch, I'll say it again. These socks did NOT itch.
They did not make my feet hot.
They are very comfortable.

All in all I will be buying more of them from Sam's which will more than pay for our membership there after the 3rd package...:)

Omni Wool back in stock at Sams Club

I saw these socks back in my Sams Club. Price for 3 pairs $14.88.

I wore these socks everytime I mowed this past summer and the one time I didn't I got blisters!

Even if your Sams doesn't have them you can buy them online from Sams.

I love these socks. Sam's used to carry some good women's merino wool socks, but for some reason a few years got cheap on me. They went with thinner brands that would not hold up. Last year I saw these Omni socks for men and bought some for myself. (Thank goodness they had smaller sizes.) Went back and got another pack after I wore them. I'll be picking up some more this fall. Thanks for the heads up of them being back in stock.
