  • Bear spray

Ive read where bear spray can stop a grizzly in its tracks. Would that work on humans ? I gather its more of a fogger under pressure then a stream ? Close quarters more then one might really come in handy.

I've had alot of experience with pepper sprays and other gases. None stop you in your tracks and in fact many types of folks are trained to fight thru it. The closest you can come is a direct hit in the eyes. You may still need to avoid the attack for 3-40 seconds.
Also remember the wind is your enemy

Matt is funny you say that...I found some pepper spray in my wife's stuff a couple of years ago...went outside and wanted to test it to make sure it worked...well...thanks WIND...it worked and I got sprayed all in my face and eyes....lol If I got sprayed with that stuff it would just enrage me....but it did hurt like hell and it took a few hours to get it out of my eyes and off my tongue

forget the bear spray on humans as it's even illegal to buy and have in some states, buy some of those spray cans of wasp and hornet spay for the auto, home ect. It's legal and raises no questions if pulled over and the cop sees it on your seat and it will ruin anyones day if sprayed in the face, most are good for over 25 feet. at least keep their mind occupied while you rap them with your aluminum bat which should also be handy by your door.PS, if carring a bat in a vehicle in one of the nanny states in the winter, have an old glove and ball with it, just something left in the vehicle from the summer.
another defence weapon that will go unnoticed setting around is some spray cans of carbruator and brake cleaner but the person has to be closer

Another thought, you had better make that first shot of wasp stopper count or the target might take the can away from you, use it on you, then stick the can in a bad place. LOL
