Possible Oklahoma get together

Give us a time and place. As a "Civil War re-enactor I'm equiped to handle any time of the year. Tent city Is when you have a minimum of 50 tents with 100 Historians celebrating our heritage of battles fought 150 years ago. There are many places in this state that are available for such a gathering. Since your stationed at Tinker AFB go to the Tourist Center just outside the Air Depot Gate and go east on 29th St to the center. They will have books on locations available and answer any questions on availabilty of resources, IE, Bathrooms, showers, food, lodging, etc.

Everyone in the Central Oklahoma area is invited to a meet-n-greet in Tecumseh, OK on the 3rd Saturday of each month. We usually do breakfast at the Boom-A-Rang Diner at 9:00 am. Again all are invited, there is usually 6 - 10 people from at least two of the forums.

Anymore thoughts about an Oklahoma get-together? I know we're all busy but Patriot Lady and I would be interested. Wonder if late summer/early fall would be a good time for folks?

Have wanted to meet you for a while now matt, just havn't been able to get it done yet. It depends on the time, I have off every other week so it's 50/50. I could see if SAMT and Bearman202 would want to go also.
