I've used several cheap no brand Chinese models but finally had to spend the $400. plus for a Country Living grinder. I then motorized it myself with things that I had in the shop. Before spending the money for a Country Living, everyone in the house that bakes should be on board and start baking, it's to expensive to be setting in the kitchen or basemant as an ornament. A Country Living Mill and a half ton of wheat berries in mylar&pails and you're good for yrs.
