Can anyone recommend a particular brand or model food sealer to use with mylar bags. I saw a HotJaw sealer by Sorbantsystems for about 140 bucks. I just don't want to buy something that turns out to be a piece of junk, and I'm willing to spend the money on a sealer, rather than using an iron for the convenience of doing a lot of bags. Any help would be much appreciated.
