LTS for raisins

hi,is anyone got ideas in lts for raisins? (gotta have them and cinnimon in the rice sumtimes)ive seen them on ebay in military mre's but they are expensive that way..maybe freeze em,refrigiate em,vacuum seal em or ????i kno cereal such as raisin bran the raisins will go rancid after a while..any ideas/info apreciated..tks n advance :p

I vacuumed sealed, in canning jars with a food saver, a large bag of raisins. The bag was already over a year old. I recently opened one of the jars after 1 year on the self and 1 1/2 years in the vacuumed packed jars, and they were wonderful.

We had #10cns of them in the Army and they lasted a long time. 5 yrs for sure, then I had to move :)
