So I was re-doing some packs and got the idea to add some vitamins and various items in a way that made more sense than just zip lock baggies.
Off to Walmart to get some of those little daily pill boxes. OMG, kind of embarrassed to buy these.... No I'm not using my AARP discount card- I don't have one yet... :)

What did I put in?
Allegra- really ever take this but it does work. Better to have and not need.
Casgara Sagrada- if you've ever spent a week or more in the field you know sometimes it's nice to be able to get things moving a little bit.
Multivitamin- pretty self explanatory. Yes the cheap Walmart ones.
Doxycycline- good general antibiotic
Melatonin- would caution against regular use in the field obviously. However there are times when you MUST rest and this will certainly help. A more natural sleep aid.
I Be Broken- Ibuprofen. Probably should have gone with Tylenol but I didn't have any fresh sitting here.
Vitamin C- I'm sure someone will point out that you can just boil pine needles, etc. Yeah but that takes time, you may not have time.
Keep in mind I don't take any "maintenance" medicines. Of the list the only things I really take regularly is the multivitamin and Vitamin C.
You can do the same with any prescription meds you take, or even just a smattering of various antibiotics, Tylenol, etc. I may do something similar in my med bags.
Why the little pieces of tissue? To quiet the pills a bit.
