    The EMP report?

    Looking for the Congressional study/EMP report in a SEARCHABLE format. In other words, would like to avoid reading 900 pages of nerdy tech talk and be able to search relevant items like what they think effects on vehicles, etc. will be.

    Anyone got any links?

      I watched the hour long video on youtube on the comission and report but the actual report here is more in depth.
