  • Kids Clothes?

Here is one that I recently thought of: Who has young children? My little ones are less than 3 years old.

How did you prep for their future growth and clothing requirements?

These little guys grow like weeds so I am thinking of buying clothes in various sizes to account for 4-6 years, from garage sales and thrift stores.

    Thoughts? Comments?

    thanks,
    elittle

My kids are older nw but the above metioned are great resources as well as goodwill stores, they have alot of new stuff. I also check wallie world for their sales after season. I have bought $50 boots for $8 and shirts for the next summer for $2-3. It's tough to guess where they will be next year because my son would jump 2-3 sizes sometimes.

We did it with thrift stores, ebay, craigslist, friends at Church and yard sales. We stored clothing in crates by sizes and type (boys and girls). Having three of each made it easier. Shoes (boots footwear) were our (my biggest concern). They don't last very long when used hard.
