Nonfat dry milk, made by removing nearly all the fat and water from pasteurized milk, contains about half the calories of whole milk.

    I'd like to know too.
Also how to store. Is this something to go in mylar with O2 absorber and buckets? Or put in a jar and use a Foodsaver to remove the air?

I switched from real 2% milk to morning moo milk alternative. I use it on cereal and for cooking
and tastes great just to drink. I will never go back to buying milk at the grocery store..
mine is in #10 cans, I make it by the half gallon and use needed it so theres no waste.
