  • Small mylar bags

I have a bunch of small mylar bags (20+) that I get my loose leaf tea in. There are 2 sizes. The small can hold 1 cup of rice, and the larger one can hold 2 cups of rice.

Any ideas on what would be good to use these for?

I was starting to think it would be cool to do a bunch of small rice packets that I could then give away or barter with... but Im not sure.

    would love to hear ideas!

In addition to barter they make good bags for week long buckets, I made 2 of these and already used them to help friends with disasters such as house fire, tornando or any other loss. The week long bucket can be grabbed and go quickly as well. It can also be used to pack caches

Spices - Boullion - Candies - small, perishable first aid suppies - Snacks - nearly anything in an emergency car tote.

you could put tea in them :) LOL Just kidding.
how about a medicine pack. Something like tylenol, or motrin, etcetc. aspirin, whatever you need or can take.
you could also do iodine pills for water purification, things like that.
