Is what it is, live an learn thats why i said get the better ones for the buck. I even said it a few months ago when we covered it with folks here during a meet up. I pointed out the difference to the folks between a good one (that a wiser person had) and the cheaper model (that I had).
dunno nothing bout reverse osmosis systems etc. taint my field and aint ashamed to say it
Well fixed my mistake thanks to JRH and the last sale they had. My old, good, filter has been replaced with one of their, much better, Mini Filters. This one is lighter and does thousands of gallons compared to hundreds

The old hiker filter, still a good one, will find a home in someone elses bag now but lesson learned.

oh and thanks for the extras you tossed in, WOW!

iirc the gravidyne filters will,,because they are a carbon /pleated filter vs the silver/cernmic like the ceradyn.

Here is the fact sheet of the drip filter

Here is the fact sheet of the pocket filter

If these don't answer your questions it would be best to get the answers directly from the horses mouth cause they may have changed what these actually filter.

Thanks guys. That answers the question. It looks like I'll need to get another filter for home use in ADDITION to eventually purchasing these two. Can't have too many right?
