Found this article and thought I'd share it. It shows, in easy to follow steps, how to clean a squirrel and prep it for cooking. Personally, I thought everybody knew how to do this but I guess there are a lot of city folk out there ;)

Every body should know how to do this. We make a pot of squirrel stew every now n then. I like it with lots of meat so it usually takes about 6 of them in the crockpot with the beans n fix ens.
