    what is the general concenus on this. We saw a demo last night & I was very impressed with how good it tasted. wondering if anyone here had tried it.

    Dehydrated food is dehydrated food is dehydrated food. 95% of it all comes from 1 or 2 places. Some retailers relabel it and call it "their own" brand.

    You can pay extra for fancy marketing if you choose to.

        I try to support the company that supports this forum, JRH Enterprises, when ever I can. I do this because of the great info 1Admin has shared via his posts and his youtube videos. He is a straight shooter and has ran his own cannery so he knows what the pros do and do not. Because of all this he has garnered my monthly support donation to the forum as well as my business.             Look right above the "Reply to Thread" button and you will see the banner of ads across the width of the page, particularly the "Long Term Food Storage" ad :)

                I've used their butter and cheese powder for cooking. I can't really tell much difference between cooking with them and real butter/cheese
