Found this filter at cheaper than dirt, monolithic ceramic CAMP-352. $29.97 plus shipping. Kit used with two 5 gallon buckets. Anyone have experience with these?

I purchased 3 to put in storage. I haven't used them but they have great reviews on other sites. I also understand they sent a bunch to Hatai which probably saved many lives. I purchased directly from Monolitic here...http://www.monolithic.com/stories/a-...g-water-filter

That system would work, but it may not be efficient speed wise and it would also depend on the quality of the filter element. You can buy two food grade buckets and quality ceramic filter that are used on the british big berky.
