As Monel stated, H.E.B. is short for Howard E Butt the founder, although watching the new commercials you think it stands for "Here Everything is Better". But as a prior employee, let me tell you, they are proud of their name. Too bad they treat the majority of their workers like crap. I mean seriously, I am a grown man, it was my second job, and when I went on break I HAD to carry an egg timer which was set by the supervisor to go off in 15minutes. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? I was like ok this is pushing it, but when I said I need Thursdays off for school (again I was part time, but worked 7 days a week for 39hrs-so they didnt have to pay me more money or benefits) when I asked for Thursday nights off for school they told me NO, I am part time, I work when THEY say. I put my notice in that night.

Wow, 400# of beans......I hope you ordered a couple cases of Beano to go with that..hehe.
Seriously, good find.
Have you calculated how long that will last your 'group'?A desire changes nothing, a decision changes some thing's, but determination changes everything.
