fuel costs increasing?

this weekend we went way into tenn from ga.
gasoline was 2.79 or near there in both states.
us attacked iran
on the way home monday gas at an exit would be 3.29 two exits down the interstate gas would be 2.79
i asked one cashier why has gas jumped "i don't know" then after a second question "just what the distributors charge us."

we got back late... i don't know what price our local stations are, but i've got a few empty 5 gallon cans... going to fill them regardless of local.

Gas prices jumped considerably. The IRGC closing the strait of Hormuz is going to increase shipping costs, which will be reflected in retail costs.

so we are in TN near Nashville (not in Nashville thank the Lord)...was watching fuel prices and one station had 2.49 then next day 3.29 and now 3.49 and diesel is 5.10
